Our History

In October 2000, after working in Sydney’s competitive real estate market, Michelle Stynes moved to Thredbo and became a licensee of Thredbo Real Estate for seven years. During this time, she built strong connections and developed deep local knowledge, which lead to the establishment of Forbes Stynes Real Estate with fellow senior agent, Stephen Forbes.

In 2026, as a result of concentrated marketing efforts, an extensive database of clients and unrivalled local expertise, Forbes Stynes continues to expand its reach.
