Sandra Benny

“I’ve travelled the world but the Far South Coast has always been home. Helping others discover the lifestyle and community here is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.”

Born and raised in Cobargo, Sandra’s connection to the Far South Coast spans five generations. With a genuine understanding of the region, its communities and the lifestyle, she brings an authenticity and local insight that can only come from calling the area home.
Having spent over 30 years living and working in Sydney, Sandra built a successful career in sales with leading international companies before returning home to the Far South Coast. Her experience across both worlds gives her a unique perspective in real estate. Sandra has a strong connection with local property owners and an instinctive understanding of the city buyers drawn to the Bermagui lifestyle.

Specialising in property across Bermagui and the surrounding region, Sandra has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results. Her approach combines in-depth market knowledge, considered property positioning, skilled negotiation, and highly personalised service. Sandra believes great real estate is ultimately about people. She takes the time to understand each property, each client and what will make a buyer connect, Sandra combines this with a highly personal approach and a clear focus on achieving the strongest possible result.
